My husband and I went back to our old stomping grounds (San Antonio) for Valentine's Day. We both went to UTSA, and if you went to UTSA you know about Ricky's. I've only gone once before, but my husband loves this place. I got the Hussein quesadilla which was good, but was a lot of food. Didn't know what I was getting myself into. The street tacos were basic, nothing to rave about. Now about the price. We spend about 40 bucks for two orders of street tacos and two orders for the quesadilla. I think that is pretty pricy for a food truck. I probably won't be going back on my own accord but it was a little nostalgic for my husband and I.
Man am I glad they re-opened. They are now located off Babcock and 1604 and they are still delivering the same great tacos and quesadillas I had during my UTSA days. Highly recommend the Husseins Quesadilla. Have yet to eat a quesadillas better than that one. I wish they would open their taco trucks in all major Texas cities.
Best tacos! This is the closest you will find to most authentic and flavorful Mexican mini tacos. I've been going religiously for about 8 years now.

This food truck has THE BEST TACOS IN SAN ANTONIO TEXAS. I've been going here for years and the tacos are still AMAZING. The food truck is located on side of a gas station so it's not the best looking bur the environment is safe. The service is fast because the lines are long. They don't answer the phone or reply emails so they can work on that. Other than that good food, good taste, and good prices.
Very good little food truck. It's beside a gas station and car wash, so is a little sketch to look at but it's well lit and I felt safe. The menu was pretty simple but the employees were pretty kind and quick. I thought the tacos were very good, would need to get more than just the 1 order to be full personally. I got some tacos and a quesadilla and thought the tacos were a little better. Overall, I'll go again, especially if later at night and in the area. They're cash/cash-app only.
